The mission of the American Citizen Services (ACS) office of the United States Embassy is to provide assistance to U.S. Citizens in Thailand. An appointment system  has been introduced for all non-emergency services to include notary services, passport services, and consular reports of Birth Abroad. ACS will continue to provide emergency services on an as needed basis. Services or information is provided in the following areas:

Citizens living and residing in Thailand are advised to register their presence in the country through the U.S. Department of State’s automated online registration system,  https://travelregistration.state.gov/

Hours Operation
The American Citizen Services unit is open to the public Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. except Thai and American holidays. In addition, the consular section is closed to the public on the last Friday of every month. Please bring your passport or other identification.
