A. To get to a VA form do the following:                 

1. Go to following VA link: www.va.gov

2. VA Homepage appears. On the top right is ‘‘search’’    

3.  Enter the Form number if you know it. 
           
4.  Hi lite:  search    
                  
5.  Different numbered options appear. Hi lite the one that has the   
      words:   ‘‘fillable’’   
                          
6. Congratulations! You have accessed the form! You can now enter   
     information onto the form directly and do a print.                    

TIP! Your internet connection sometimes crashes when you are filling in information on the form. When this happens you will lose all your data. To minimize this problem, you should save each page as you fill out the form OR do a printout of each page OR use a wireless SIM card connection that reduces the chance of losing your connection.
